If so, Embark at Springville invites you to join our overnight team as an Life Coach, a key role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.</p> <p>Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center-we're a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12-17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support students in following their daily routines and activities with structure and encouragement</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure alignment between student progress and individualized treatment plans developed by therapists</p> </li><li> <p>Intervene promptly and effectively during emotional or behavioral escalations to maintain safety and stability</p> </li><li> <p>Implement proactive crisis prevention strategies and provide crisis management when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain consistent and thorough documentation and reporting of client interactions and incidents</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all clients</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in staff and house bonding activities to foster teamwork and community cohesion</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily light housekeeping tasks (e.g., sweeping, tidying common areas, dishes) to maintain a clean and organized living space</p> </li><li> <p>Model positive behaviors and attitudes, reinforcing a healthy and constructive environment for clients</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Comfortable responding to high-acuity behaviors, including verbal/physical outbursts and emotional dysregulation.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong emotional regulation and boundary-setting skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to learn!
