<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Supercharge your career here at Powerhouse!</p> <p>We are looking for a Vendor Specialist to join our team!</p> <p>Come work for an industry leader with consistent growth, explore multiple business lines, and experience an individualized development plan to help ensure you hit your professional potential.</p> <p>What's in it for YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and additional voluntary plans. </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with company match. </li><li>PTO, 11 Company Holidays and Paid Parental Leave </li><li>Wellness activities and an onsite gym </li><li>Ongoing professional development and continuing professional education. </li></ul> <p>What YOU will do:</p> <ul> <li>Source, vet, and onboard qualified vendors specializing in power washing services. </li><li>Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, insurance, and compliance documentation. </li><li>Coordinate scheduling and execution of recurring and ad hoc power washing services across multiple locations. </li><li>Monitor and track service performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope and quality standards. </li><li>Conduct service quality audits through photo reviews, checklists, and/or site visits as needed. </li><li>Resolve service issues promptly, escalating major concerns to the Vendor Manager. </li><li>Build strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with procurement, operations, and facilities teams to align service expectations and improve vendor performance. </li><li>Support budgeting, cost control, and invoice validation for power washing services. </li><li>Prepare reports and summaries on vendor performance, issue resolution, and service metrics. </li><li>Assist in training internal stakeholders on service expectations, vendor processes, and work order protocols. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, or related field preferred. </li><li>2+ years of experience working with vendor management or facilities services, preferably in exterior maintenance or power washing. </li><li>Knowledge of commercial power washing standards and best practices is strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). </li><li>Experience using work order and vendor management platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo, FM systems). </li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to service quality. </li><li>Ability to analyze vendor performance and identify trends or areas for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment / Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily office-based, with occasional travel or field visits to verify vendor performance or support issue resolution. </li><li>Regular use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. </li><li>Ability to occasionally lift materials up to 25 pounds and conduct field assessments as needed. </li><li>Must be able to read service scopes, review photographic documentation, and communicate effectively with vendors and team members. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
