Univest Financial Corporation is seeking a curious and motivated intern to join our Data Analytics team this summer in Souderton, PA.</p> <p>As a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience with real-world data projects, developing dashboards, and presenting your findings to help drive business decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for students eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.</p> <p>Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.</p> <p>Create clear and concise presentations in PowerPoint to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p>Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.</p> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.</p> <p>Document processes and findings for future reference.</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, Statistic, Finance or a related field</p> <p>Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis</p> <p>Experience with Power BI, or other visualization tools</p> <p>Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, charts)</p> <p>Strong PowerPoint and communication / presentation skills - able to turn data into stories</p> <p>AI (traditional or generative), LLM, Agentic experience a plus</p> <p>Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn</p> <p>Salary: $20/hr</p> <p>#Univest</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
