<p>The Integrated Services Lead Supervisor provides operational and analytical leadership to support coordination, consistency, and accountability across the Human Services Department's Integrated Services programs, including Crisis/Outpatient/Connections, Comprehensive Community Services, Community Support Program, Child Protective Services, Youth Justice, and Children's Long-Term Support. Working in close partnership with the Integrated Services Administrator, this position serves as a key liaison between program leadership and the Administrative Services Division, ensuring alignment related to budgeting, contracts, data systems, and administrative processes. The Integrated Services Coordinator plays a leadership role in quality improvement, compliance, and performance monitoring across all Integrated Services programs. The position establishes and supports consistent procedures related to data reporting, quality assurance, policy implementation, and client rights, convenes cross-program work groups, and provides guidance to supervisors and staff within assigned areas of responsibility.</p> <p>50% - Provides operational and analytical leadership and support to promote coordination across the Integrated Services Programs (Crisis/Outpatient/Connections, Comprehensive Community Services, Community Support Program, Child Protective Services, Youth Justice, Children's Long-term Support) and collaboration with the Administrative Services staff and functions.</p> <ul> <li>Acts as a liaison between Integrated Services programs and the Administrative Services Division, ensuring alignment related to budgeting, contracts, data systems, and administrative processes. </li><li>Supports cross-program coordination to promote consistency in expectations, timelines, and administrative practices across all Integrated Services programs. </li><li>Serves as a key partner to the Integrated Services Administrator, providing operational and analytical support that informs program leadership, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts. </li><li>Prepares issue briefs, reports and presentations to support the Integrated Services Administrator, Director, and Deputy Director as needed. </li><li>Leads project management efforts for integrated services initiatives, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, tracking progress, and identifying barriers or needs. Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to support effective implementation. </li><li>Directly supervises two Administrative Professional IIIs who support Behavioral Health and Children Youth and Families programs, ensuring consistent and coordinated support processes. </li><li>As directed by the Integrated Services Administrator, provides supervision, direction and support to Integrated Services staff as appropriate in the absence of program managers or supervisors. </li></ul> <p>35% - Leads quality improvement, compliance, and performance monitoring activities across all Integrated Services programs.</p> <ul> <li>Implements consistent procedures to support quality assurance across programs, including tracking performance measures, identifying trends, and supporting action planning. </li><li>Collaborates with managers to prepare for program audits, monitoring visits, and accreditation activities related to Integrated Services programs. </li><li>Plays a leadership role in coordination and processing of client complaints and grievances and serves as the primary Client Rights Specialist in accordance with DHS 94. </li><li>Convenes and facilitates cross-program workgroups related to data, quality improvement, contracts, and policy implementation. </li><li>Provides guidance and direction to supervisors and staff related to data reporting expectations, quality improvement processes. </li><li>Works closely with HSD Analysts and Application Support Specialists to coordinate data collection and reporting and to develop and maintain dashboards and data reports related to key performance indicators for Integrated Services Programs. </li></ul> <p>10% - Policy and Procedure Management</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates the development, maintenance, and revision of policies and procedures, prioritizing consistency across programs where appropriate. </li><li>Tracks state and federal level policy changes and regulatory updates that affect Integrated Services programs and support timely communication and implementation. </li><li>Assists in ensuring policies are aligned with department-wide standards, practice expectations, and the HSD vision, mission and guiding principles. </li></ul> <p>5% - Related work as required</p> <ul> <li>In the event of a public emergency, responds as Directed by the Human Services Director or designee. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Strong understanding of human services program operations particularly within behavioral health and child- and family-serving systems. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to varied audiences. </li><li>Knowledge of quality improvement principles, performance measurement, and compliance monitoring. </li><li>Experience with policy development and implementation and interdepartmental coordination. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across programs while managing multiple priorities. </li><li>Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services services delivery leadership, administration or program coordination. </li><li>Master's degree in a related field </li><li>Experience working within public sector human services or integrated behavioral health and child welfare systems </li><li>Experience supporting multi-program or cross-system initiatives </li></ul> <p>Physical elements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time. </li></ul> <p>.
