The position is a combination of clinical (direct care) and administrative responsibilities.</p> <p>Salary: $70.41 - $102.30 Hourly</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <ul> <li>BSN or MSN Required </li><li>-Current California RN license Required </li><li>-BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association Required </li><li>-2 years of recent charge nurse experience in short stay/observation unit, Preferred </li><li>-2 years of recent acute care experience - required </li><li>-2 years of recent med/surg/tele experience, Preferred </li><li>-Ability to communicate effectively with all members of a multidisciplinary team </li><li>-Exceptional critical thinking and decision making skills </li><li>-Ability to work in a highly stimulating environment with flexibility and adaptability </li><li>-Ability to manage patient flow in fast paced unit with efficiency and professionalism </li></ul>
