Maintains accurate and complete Employee Health records, promoting confidentiality and documenting clearly and concisely. </li><li>Works under standing orders from the Medical Director to perform various clinical duties. Maintains knowledge of required immunizations for healthcare workers in a hospital setting, adhering to policies and procedures. </li><li>Performs proper and legible documentation for orders, procedures, and assessments. Follows CDC isolation guidelines, infection control practices, and appropriate use of PPE, performing handwashing according to policy and enforcing safety regulations. Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
