<p>Restoration Administrative Assistant</p> <p>PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses take care of water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other types of property damage. We are a local, growing, family-owned company looking for reliable and friendly individuals who have a desire to help others.</p> <p>Why PuroClean?</p> <p>Location: Pearl City Industrial (near Sam's Club)</p> <p>Competitive pay - $14-16/hr, depending on experience</p> <p>Medical/dental/vision insurance</p> <p>Paid time off - vacation, holiday, personal</p> <p>Bonus opportunities available</p> <p>Consistent schedule: Full time (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)</p> <p>Pay frequency - weekly</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Answer phones </li><li>Provide great customer service over the phone </li><li>Follow up with customers and vendors </li><li>Assist with scheduling and coordination </li><li>Prepare and format reports </li><li>Written/verbal communication </li><li>Data entry and make photo copies </li><li>General office duties </li><li>Administrative projects and support, as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: minimum of 1 year of office experience </li><li>Type at least 40 wpm </li><li>Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Good computer skills </li><li>Reliable transportation to our office in Pearl City Industrial (near Sam's Club) </li><li>Willing to work some nights and weekends answering phones </li></ul> <p>Ideal Qualities:</p> <ul> <li>Passion to serve customers and make a difference </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented </li><li>Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with time-sensitive deadlines </li><li>Friendly and empathetic </li><li>Skilled in taking initiative and problem-solving </li><li>Effective communication skills - verbal and written </li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision </li><li>Thrives in fast paced environments </li><li>Knowledge of office administration, work process/flows, clerical work, use of office equipment </li></ul>
