<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Cyber Operations Analyst to join a longstanding federal program. This is a full-time position and onsite in Ft Meade, MD.</p> <p>Essential Duties of the Cyber Operations Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>Provide holistic enterprise defensive strategies for enterprise cyber security capabilities. To include but not limited to Cloud, network boundaries, cross domains, and varying endpoint technologies. </li><li>Provide analysis of architectures, technologies, policies, information and analytic data used to determine prevention, detection, and mitigation of anomalous activity, vulnerabilities and inefficiencies. </li><li>Perform cyber situational awareness activities and provide analysis and recommendations of situation awareness capabilities. </li><li>Provide enterprise-wide cybersecurity, threat analysis, countermeasures and defensive strategies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of the Cyber Operations Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>4 - 8+ years of related SOC or Cyber experience </li><li>Prior experience working in a SOC </li><li>Experience with Splunk </li><li>Experience with IDS/IPS tools. </li><li>Experience with Wireshark PCAP </li><li>This is a 24x7x365 environment and requires flexibility to work different shifts. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCIclearance. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Cyber Operations Analyst:</p> <ul> <li>$120,000 - $180,000 (based on experience) </li><li>Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 3/4/2026.
