<p>Our beautiful apartment community in Jonesboro, AR, is searching for a skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our maintenance team. If you are HVAC/EPA certified and looking to take on a varied and diverse role with a successful, growing company, this is an excellent opportunity for you!</p> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary </li><li>Comprehensive Benefit Package </li><li>Supportive Team Environment </li><li>Opportunity for Growth and Development </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all maintenance and repair work for the apartments, supportive buildings, common areas, breezeways, irrigation systems, and grounds. </li><li>Complete all service requests within one business day except in extraordinary circumstances. </li><li>Coordinate housekeeping, carpet & floor repairs, and other turnkey work in vacant apartments. </li><li>Ensure the maintenance shop is neat, organized, and adequately stocked. </li><li>Be on call for 24-hour emergency maintenance service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>HVAC or EPA certification preferred. </li><li>Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, and basic understanding of electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems. </li><li>Must be available to work in an on-call capacity related to our 24-hour routine maintenance guarantee. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift objects up to 75 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist into small areas. </li><li>Must be able to reach overhead for an extended period of time due to overhead repair work. </li></ul> <p>RichSmith Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
