Reporting into the Risk Trading Director, you will play an integral role in the extended Trading Risk management team, as well as the wider FBG team.</p> <p>We are looking for a proven manager of people and processes, or a skilled trader looking for a first step into management. Whatever your background, keeping the customer and colleague experience at the heart of everything you do is vital to succeed in this role.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Managing Traders and Associate Traders </li><li>Recruitment of Traders and Associate Traders when necessary </li><li>Creating a culture that allows your colleagues to thrive both individually and as a team </li><li>Coaching and developing less experienced members of the team </li><li>Working with the Directors and Senior Traders to create a world-class betting proposition for our customers. </li><li>Reporting on the performance of the Trading teams and analyzing the value of new additions to the betting proposition </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement across the Risk department </li><li>Assisting other teams within the Trading department where necessary </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A real passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans want in order to be entertained. </li><li>Skilled in getting the best out of people in an always-on, dynamic workplace. </li><li>Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly </li><li>Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify all facets of Trading to senior leadership </li><li>Flexible work schedule will be required, including some evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays </li><li>This role is based out of FBG's Denver, CO office. </li></ul> <p>If you possess some of these skills but not all of them, we still encourage you to apply!</p> <p>Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
