<p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>90% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.</p> <p>Be part of something remarkable</p> <p>As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.</p> <p>We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:</p> <ul> <li>Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population. </li><li>Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly. </li><li>Perform telemedicine (video and telephone) visits. </li><li>Perform routine clinical procedures independently including wart removal, paps smears, IUD removal, IUD/Nexplanon placement and skin lesion removals. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.</p> <p>If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.</p> <p>Work Experience:</p> <p>Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred</p> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <p>Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure</p> <p>If Nurse Practitioner*:</p> <ul> <li>Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND </li><li>Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
