<p>Payments Delivery Lead</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years' experience with payments Domain specifically with Swift alliance Products suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Agile project delivery, Managing completion of application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Infrastructure upgrade /replacement projects is added advantage.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep knowledge of Wire Transfer processing with hands on experience in ACI MTS, including payment/message flows, validations, and downstream impacts.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of ISO20022 messages across CBPR+, Fedwire, and CHIPS, as well as legacy SWIFT MT formats.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid grasp of Agile, SDLC, and test management methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to independently drive assignments to completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to work within established timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Confident in making decisions to ensure features function as intended.</p> </li><li> <p>understanding of dependencies across wire processing, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Payment and message processing flows</p> </li><li> <p>Client products and services related to Wire Transfer</p> </li><li> <p>Wire database structures and operational interactions</p> </li><li> <p>Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT practices, formats, and reconciliation</p> </li><li> <p>gpi processing</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting and testing middleware interfaces, including web services, daemons, and message-based integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Business Products Strategy - Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Financials Resource management - Basic understanding of financial data and the impact that their role has within a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Planning Execution Process -Facilitates team Planning ceremonies against backlog / Prioritized work.
