This is a night shift position. The payrate is $40 per hour.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>? Perform periodic, scheduled inspections and checks of equipment to determine whether</p> <p>failures or issues are present and determine how soon the corrections/adjustments may need</p> <p>to be made</p> <p>? Assemble and disassemble machines to make repairs, perform inspections, and replace with</p> <p>new items while maintaining safety and production goals in mind</p> <p>? Troubleshoot equipment to identify root cause(s) and suggest appropriate follow-up actions</p> <p>? Identify failed components and determine necessary replacement parts</p> <p>? Interact directly with production and other plant teammates in a professional manner</p> <p>? Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive work</p> <p>instructions, identify parts that belong to machines, and fully document work performed</p> <p>? Comply with all safety and environmental protocols relating to operations</p> <p>? Locate spare parts in the storeroom and follow stock check-out processes</p> <p>? Maintain a dedicated toolbox and shared maintenance tools and supplies in an organized</p> <p>manner so that materials can be accessed quickly and reliably</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>? High school diploma</p> <p>? Basic knowledge of all the following areas:</p> <p>o Mechanical</p> <p>Power Transmission - chains, belts, gearboxes, bearings, brakes, couplings, etc.</p> <p>Lubrication - oils, greases, storage and handling, application, etc.</p> <p>Hydraulics & Pneumatics - valves, actuators, compressors and pumps, piping and</p> <p>tubing, etc.</p> <p>o Electrical</p> <p>DC Circuits - relays, contactors, power supplies, etc.</p> <p>AC Circuits (120V to 480V) - motors, drives, transformers, etc.</p> <p>Working Conditions</p> <p>Indoor dusty, non-air-conditioned industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment that are</p> <p>subject to temperatures that range from 65 to 90 degrees in the general working environment and</p> <p>hotter in certain areas of the plant. Occasional outdoor activities in hot or adverse weather.</p> <p>Twenty-four hour working environment with multiple shifts and varying schedules.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>? Ability to lift 50 pounds</p> <p>? Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and perform duties on an elevated platform</p> <p>? Ability to kneel, bend, reach and stoop</p> <p>?
