<p>Overview and main duties</p> <p>At Prysmian, we are looking for a marketing and communications Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, who will be responsible for designing and directing the implementation of the company's marketing strategy in accordance with the guidelines of the corporate strategy for Colombia and Ecuador.</p> <p>Main responsibilities</p> <p>Ensure the brand's positioning in the sector, as well as customer loyalty, complying with the guidelines established by the company. Design and implement marketing plans and strategies, ensuring compliance with the company's sales budget. Ensure and implement brand management and communication policies. Develop and support the go-to-market strategy for all business units to increase the company's market share. Participate in the design of the strategy to increase sales volumes in each of the business units. Conduct and execute market mapping to determine its size and define the strategy to increase our market share. Participate in the development of the pricing strategy for each of the business units. Coordinate trade marketing activities to increase distribution sell-out.</p> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Professional in Engineering, Administration, Marketing and Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields with specialization in Marketing and Advertising or related fields. </li><li>5 to 10 years of experience in positions related to team leadership. </li><li>Knowledge of data analysis and visualization, market intelligence and pricing. </li><li>Upper intermediate English, B2. </li><li>CX/UX and financial evaluation are desirable. </li></ul> <p>Visión general y principales funciones</p> <p>En Prysmian estamos buscando un@ gerente de marketing y comunicación con base en Bogotá, Colombia quien estará encargado de diseñar y dirigir la ejecución de la estrategia de mercadeo de la compañía acorde a los lineamientos de la estrategia corporativa para Colombia y Ecuador.</p> <p>Principales responsabilidades</p> <p>Garantizar el posicionamiento de la marca en el sector, así como por la fidelización de los clientes; cumpliendo con los lineamientos establecidos por la compañía. Diseñar e implementar los planes y estrategias de mercadeo, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la compañía. Asegurar e implementar las políticas del manejo de la marca y de comunicación. Desarrollar y soportar la estrategia go to market de todas las unidades de negocio para incrementar el market share de la compañía. Participar en el diseño de la estrategia para incrementar los volúmenes de venta en cada una de las unidades de negocio. Realizar y ejecutar el mapeo del mercado para determinar su tamaño y definir la estrategia para incrementar nuestro market share. Participar en la construcción de la estrategia de precio de cada una de las unidades de negocio.
