The incumbent provides leadership, coaching and gift strategy development for a team of donor experience officers focusing on mid-level donor acquisition and retention. This position develops and implements innovative strategies with his/her direct reports for identifying, cultivating, and successfully soliciting mid-level gifts with the goal of creating a strong pipeline of donors that support UAMS educational, research and patient care programs. They work closely with the AVC in devising, testing and implementing processes and strategies for success within the team. This position will maintain an ongoing group portfolio, including annual goals for supporting their team to exceeding individual metrics and goals.
