<ol> <li> <p>Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and coworkers.</p> </li><li> <p>Patrol Hospital buildings and grounds, to protect against fire, theft, illegal entry, infractions of safety regulations and other irregularities.</p> </li><li> <p>Insure the security and safety of Hospital properties, employees, equipment and records, as well as, all physical aspects of the property including parking lots and motor vehicles.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in investigations, maintain records and prepare incident reports and other documents pertinent to security activities accurately and completely.</p> </li><li> <p>Investigate disturbances and in the event of emergency, take charge of policing to maintain order, safety and to protect property.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to emergency situations such as accidents and injuries crimes and safety hazards. Provide assistance and summon the proper authorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to inquiries and assist Hospital personnel; provide assistance in restraining of psychiatric patients as requested.</p> </li><li> <p>Secure and unlock offices and facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Secure patient valuables and lost and found articles.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain required records and reports and files as required.
