<p>The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team!</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans. </li><li>Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. </li><li>Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. </li><li>Organize and lead regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns. </li><li>Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. </li><li>Work closely with relevant teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization. </li><li>Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Support the monitoring and tracking of project budgets. </li><li>Assist in identifying and addressing budgetary deviations and proposing corrective actions. </li><li>Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. </li><li>Work collaboratively to implement risk management plans and contingency measures. </li><li>Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential issues. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Experience in project coordination within the utility industry a positive. </li><li>Familiarity with utility infrastructure projects and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must be able to prioritize workload with minimal oversight. </li><li>Proficient in project management tools and software. </li><li>Knowledge of utility industry best practices. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li></ul>
