<p>Program Overview</p> <p>The Operational Development Program (ODP) is a 24-month rotational program designed to develop future leaders across Supply Chain, Business Analytics, and Financial Analytics. Participants gain hands-on experience across key business functions while building analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The ODP Analyst is a cross-functional role responsible for supporting business operations, analyzing performance, and driving process improvements. Through multiple rotations, this role develops a deep understanding of the company's end-to-end value chain and contributes to data-driven decision making.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Operational Execution</p> <ul> <li>Perform core responsibilities within each assigned department (e.g., supply chain, business analytics, financial analytics, pricing, customer operations) </li><li>Manage day-to-day tasks with increasing ownership and accountability </li></ul> <p>Data Analysis & Insights</p> <ul> <li>Analyze business performance using data tools and reporting systems </li><li>Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights </li><li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements </li><li>Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Document workflows and implement best practices </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience </li><li>Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders </li><li>Support alignment across departments through data and analysis </li></ul> <p>Project Work</p> <ul> <li>Complete rotation-specific projects with measurable business impact </li><li>Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives as assigned </li></ul> <p>Development Focus Areas</p> <ul> <li>Supply Chain & Operations </li><li>Financial & Profitability Analysis </li><li>Business Analytics & Data Visualization </li><li>Systems & Process Optimization </li><li>Communication & Leadership </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of one of the following:</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field <p></p> </li><li> <p>0-3 years of experience or relevant internships</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Excel; experience with data tools preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and organizational skills</p> </li></ul>
