Diversity in skills, culture and background is our source of power.</p> <p>We are looking for engineers who are passionate about innovating, creating and evolving scalable and reliable software, architecture and technical solutions to systematically and aggressively enable our Advertisers success and grow our company's revenue.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Responsibilities include front-end development for related platforms and products </li><li>Promote and optimize the infrastructure and component abstraction of existing front-end components </li><li>Help product improvement, including technology update, user experience, and productMinimum Qualifications: </li><li>Familiar with HTML/CSS, proficient in CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, etc., understand layout deeply, can implement common dynamic effects </li><li>Proficiency and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, EcmaScript 2015+ </li><li>Proficient in at least one mainstream front-end frameworks, such as React, Vue, etc., deep understanding of hooks and component development </li><li>Familiar with front-end engineering, can use of one of the building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, Vite, etc.; </li><li>Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty). </li></ol> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li>Have relevant experience in advertising, e-commerce and video industries </li><li>Pay attention to cutting-edge technology and have a spirit of exploration and innovation </li><li>Strong sense of business insights, data-driven mental model and thinking process and hands-on data analytics experiences. </li></ol>
