Come join our team!</p> <p>BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Program Quality Engineer to support the F-35 production program in New Hampshire. In this role, you will help amplify the voice of Quality with proactive and predictable implementation of the quality sciences.</p> <p>As a Program Quality Engineer you will leverage your knowledge and experience of the quality sciences to help the team meet quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. This role focuses on communication with internal and external customers, championing continuous improvement, and helping the team make decisions and drive actions based on data.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing and analyzing data to improve yields and drive continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Participating in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities </li><li>Control of non-conforming materials, including leading containment and disposition activities </li><li>Supporting production through Process Review Board, Corrective Action Board and Configuration Control Board participation </li><li>Overseeing Production Process Verification (PPV) / First Article Inspections (FAI) activities </li></ul> <p>Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.</p> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and 0-2+ years of experience OR 4-6+ years of experience in lieu of degree </li><li>Understanding of or the ability to learn and understand the quality science tools (8D RCCA, SPC, Auditing) </li><li>Self-starting problem solver with a fact-based focus on continuous improvement </li><li>Organized; capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously </li><li>Ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li><li>Team-oriented; ability and desire to work with a hybrid team </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., STEM) </li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100, AS9102, AS9145, IPC-A-610) </li><li>Familiarity with composite manufacturing </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
