Today, MSI Metro Sales Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Company, is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider.</p> <p>MSI is seeking an Employee-Owner, Infrastructure Project Engineer to work out of our Plymouth Location. * Please note we will be moving to Roseville, MN this year.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Plan, scope, and project manage assigned projects. </li><li>Propose, implement and support new hardware and software services. </li><li>Facilitate successful project implementations through internal teams. </li><li>Oversee projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize ROI. </li><li>Implement and participate in Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures. </li><li>Provide regular project reviews and reporting details. </li><li>Act as a resource for internal and external customers as a SME. </li><li>Document and train internal and external support teams on active implementation projects. </li><li>Maintain project files. </li><li>Provide escalation assistance to our Support Team as required. </li><li>Assist in training, mentoring and development of internal staff. </li><li>Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware and software trends and certifications. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. </li><li>5+ years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Proficient in IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment. </li><li>2+ years Project management experience. </li><li>Practical knowledge in server and network builds. </li><li>Experience with cloud migrations. </li><li>Proven exceptional customer services experience. </li><li>Clean driving record and reliable vehicle. </li><li>Travel 25%. </li><li>LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution. </li><li>Certifications in Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security. </li><li>Exhibit expert knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, software, and security applications. </li><li>High level organizational, project management, coordination, and prioritization skills. </li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance </li><li>Short- and long-term disability program </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Educational Development Benefits </li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + Gainshare </li><li>401K+ Match </li><li>PTO </li><li>Paid Volunteer Days!
