This paid position will be scheduled to work around your class schedule. Upon graduation from your program and successful completion of your internship, this opportunity could lead to a position where you can put your education to work.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gain understanding through observation of the fundamentals of diesel and heavy-duty trucks </li><li>Establish and grow an understanding of troubleshooting and following guidelines to complete timely and quality repairs; focusing on tire rotations, oil changes, and preventative maintenance on diesel and heavy-duty trucks. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current enrollment in vocational high school, military, trade or college technician/mechanic program </li><li>Co-Op participant </li><li>Hold a current and valid driver's permit or license </li><li>At least 16 years or older in their junior year </li><li>Positive attitude </li></ul> <p>Advantage Truck Group (ATG) is the largest Western Star and Freightliner dealer in New England with eight locations in Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire, focused on providing a superior employee experience.
