<p>About the role</p> <p>As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications that drive business impact. This is a hybrid role with no travel required, offering the opportunity to work on innovative projects that enhance services and positively impact society.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <p>Define a clear product vision and strategy for data products aligned with business goals.</p> <p>Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing data initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.</p> <p>Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and deploy effective data products.</p> <p>Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.</p> <p>Apply strong knowledge of data architecture and data modeling to ensure scalable and efficient data solutions.</p> <p>Work model</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs.</p> <p>What you need to have to be considered</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience as a developer with strong proficiency in Databricks and PySpark. </li><li>Extensive experience with Azure cloud services including deployment and management of applications. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. </li><li>Strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>These will help you stand out</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Life and Annuities Insurance domain and understanding of industry-specific data requirements. </li><li>Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud deployment. </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is ranging from 67,000 to 76,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.</p> <p>This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and professional growth.
