This critical role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate must be capable of learning independently and becoming proficient to use new software systems.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities & Duties</p> <p>Executive-Level Administrative Support</p> <ul> <li>Communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully in both verbal and written formats. </li><li>Maintain a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Organize and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision. </li><li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment. </li><li>Work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy in all work. </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Meeting Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Produce various correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. </li><li>Develop proficiency using other licensed software systems to manage to organization's policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documentation for Leadership Team meetings. </li><li>Ensure timely preparation, organization, and distribution of meeting materials. </li><li>Maintain corporate files, records, and corporate minutes. </li></ul> <p>Operational & Corporate Support</p> <ul> <li>Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment. </li><li>Provide administrative support for corporate matters as needed. </li><li>Contribute to maintaining efficient administrative operations across the organization. </li><li>Background & Experience Requirements </li><li>High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment. </li><li>Healthcare or managed care experience is preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, staff, and board members at all levels. </li></ul> <p>If you are a dedicated administrative professional seeking a meaningful role within a mission-driven organization, we encourage you to apply today!</p>
