<p>Job Summary</p> <p>You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.</p> <p>Plan, organize, and lead recreational programs, field trips, and special events for youth, teens, adults, and seniors</p> <p>Set up and take down equipment and supplies for programs</p> <p>Ensure activities are safe, engaging, and appropriate for the age group</p> <p>Greet participants and track attendance</p> <p>Assist with program registrations and sign-in sheets</p> <p>Keep program areas clean, organized, and safe</p> <p>Open, monitor, and close recreation areas when assigned</p> <p>Enforce facility rules and policies</p> <p>Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to participants</p> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>Must possess a valid driver's license.</p> <p>Applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older</p> <p>Community Center locations include Castlewood Community Center, Dunbar Community Center, Kenwick Community Center, Tates Creek Community Center and William Wells Brown Community Center.</p> <p>Depending on the center, hours may vary.</p> <p>All positions require a background check prior to employment.</p> <p>Deadline to Apply 04/24/2026 Our University Community</p> <p>We value the well-being of each of our employees and are dedicated to creating a healthy place for everyone to work, learn and live.
