For more information on the company, please visit www.canadian-solar.com.</p> <p>Location: Jeffersonville, Indiana</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth transition. </li><li>Perform company wide training to employees; prepare training materials for company wide training </li><li>Serve as point of contact employee benefit, payroll and company resources guidance to employees </li><li>Prepare and generate reports on HR metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision making. </li><li>Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights in areas such as employee turnover, recruitment, and performance management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resource or related field. </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish </li><li>2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/operations environment </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. </li><li>Experience in generating HR reports and familiarity with HRIS system, ADP, Workday. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations management. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge related to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations related to compensation and employment relationship. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. </li><li>Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <p>Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement.
