And above all, it means exceptional care,</p> <p>simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Lead Life Skills Clinician (LSC) provides support, navigation, and education specific to services provided by the Mobile Crisis Team. They</p> <p>oversee daily activities of the Mobile Crisis Team such as filling schedule and vacancy needs, onboarding new team members, providing</p> <p>oversight of team documentation, and fulfilling peer supervision requirements. The Lead LSC facilitates and oversees both individual and</p> <p>group supervision on a weekly and/or monthly basis per agency and state protocol. They will engage with individuals and families to improve</p> <p>their health and wellness, live self-directive lives, and strive to reach their full potential. When the Lead LSC is filling schedule and vacancy</p> <p>needs, they are responsible for conducting crisis response and de-escalation to individuals in the community and via the crisis response</p> <p>hotline. The team will partner with first responders and community partners to reduce arrests and need for support from emergency</p> <p>departments. Ongoing support to individuals and families will be given through targeted outreach, care coordination, and engagement</p> <p>support.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (JOB DUTIES)</p> <ul> <li>Patients First: The Mobile Crisis Lead Life Skills Clinician collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary care team by supporting the </li></ul> <p>comprehensive psycho-social assessments. They help clients regulate emotions and document services provided in the Electronic</p> <p>Medical Record (EMR) based on policies and procedures. When necessary, the Lead Life Skills Clinician will fill schedule and</p> <p>vacancies which may include transporting clients in Network owned vehicles. They meet clients where they are at by providing crisis</p> <p>response in client's homes, in community settings, at crisis departments, or at emergency departments.</p> <ul> <li>Relationships: Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication </li></ul> <p>skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. They will address the onboarding needs of new team members. They will</p> <p>assist with crisis and emergency departments when not responding to off-site crisis calls.</p> <ul> <li>Integrity: The Mobile Crisis Lead Life Skills Clinician will comply with all applicable Behavioral Health Care Service policies and </li></ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Inclusion: Candidates must have the ability to work with clients in various stages of change who need assistance regulating thoughts </li></ul> <p>and emotions.</p> <ul> <li>Diversity: The ideal candidate will be able to acknowledge, value, and celebrate collective experiences and differences of patients, </li></ul> <p>other caregivers, and the communities we serve.</p> <ul> <li>Excellence The Mobile Crisis Lead Life Skills Clinician will be actively involved in professional development and education, including </li></ul> <p>mandatory training. They will provide oversight of documentation for the Mobile Crisis Team and fulfill peer supervision</p> <p>requirements.
