You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the industry, including big box home improvement and building material stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware.</p> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Highly competitive pay </li><li>Company paid hotel and per diem </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Paid drivetime </li><li>Bi-weekly Pay </li><li>Benefits and 401(k) Plan </li><li>Employee Profit Sharing </li><li>Career Advancement </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage remodel projects at various retail locations, ensuring that all project plans are executed according to the company's guidelines. </li><li>Supervise and lead a team of 5-15 crew members, providing direction, support, and on-the-job training to ensure efficient project completion. </li><li>Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of planograms, resets, and fixture installations in alignment with the store's layout and standards. </li><li>Oversee project tasks including the installation of fixtures/ steel racking, displays and ensuring all units are properly assembled while adhering to floorplan blueprints. </li><li>Work closely with store management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and address any challenges. </li><li>Travel to project locations within your state, surrounding states, and/or region based on project needs and project deadlines. </li><li>Conduct final inspections of projects to ensure compliance with company and store standards. </li><li>Provide daily updates to management on progress, challenges, and team performance during reset projects. </li><li>This job description does not imply the functions listed are the only tasks that may be performed.
