This isn't just a job, it's a chance to engineer smarter solutions, drive industrial innovation and make a lasting impact.</p> <p>In the role of Oil and Gas Designer/EIT, we'll count on you to:</p> <ul> <li>Support design efforts for pipelines and facility layouts. </li><li>Assist in preparing engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation. </li><li>Review design standards and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. </li><li>Participate in quality checks, vendor drawing reviews, and development of procurement specifications. </li><li>Contribute to bid evaluations, conceptual design studies, and technical reports. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution. </li><li>Attend project meetings and site visits as needed to support design and construction activities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Structural Engineering </li><li>Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. </li><li>Candidates hired without their EIT will have the title of "Coordinator" and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression. </li><li>Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms (e.g., Openflows) as required </li></ul> <p>#LI-EV1</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must </li></ul> <p>What We Believe</p> <p>HDR is our company.
