If you're passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences, building high-performing teams, and leveraging data to improve processes and enhance service, we want to meet you.</p> <p>More about our team</p> <p>At Lifepoint Health, you'll lead a recruitment team that sources, hires and provides preboarding services for key departments such as administration, marketing/communications, IT, legal/compliance, health information management, and people services. The scope of this role includes entry level roles in our corporate office up to and including Director and AVP roles.</p> <p>This position is located in the corporate office in Brentwood, TN.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>As the leader of our Talent Acquisition team, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead with purpose: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. </li><li>Drive outcomes: Design and execute recruitment processes and tactics that achieve our recruitment goals. </li><li>Champion a white glove stakeholder experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued from first contact through onboarding-and beyond; and that hiring managers feel supported by experts in talent acquisition </li><li>Leverage technology: Use data, tools, and platforms-to include applicant tracking systems and dashboards-to streamline hiring processes and enhance the candidate journey. </li><li>Listen and influence: Have strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling the ability to collaborate and influence. </li><li>Support our leaders: Train and guide hiring managers on best practices in recruiting and onboarding. </li><li>Make data-driven decisions: Track key metrics, analyze trends, and present insights to leadership to optimize our approach. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>At least 2 years in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in coaching and developing high-performing teams. </li><li>Proven experience in reviewing and identifying opportunities for process improvement to better meet the needs of internal clients. </li><li>Strong track record of building rapport and communicating effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization. </li><li>A natural bias for action, with the ability to drive initiatives forward and deliver results. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Why join us?</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
