James River Hospice is hiring a dedicated Hospice On-Call RN to support hospice and home health patients in the Richmond, VA area. This after-hours role involves providing symptom management, patient assessments, and coordinating with the care team to ensure timely, high-quality support in the home setting.</p> <p>Schedule: 7 on / 7 off. Completes initial and follow-up assessments to determine patient and family needs and adjusts care plans to focus on comfort and quality of life. Works closely with physicians and the care team and may oversee LPNs and hospice aides.
