<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Our company is seeking a skilled Class A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle to transport equipment. This position requires adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The driver must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Transport equipment, ensuring proper handling and safe delivery. </li><li>Safely drive and operate the assigned vehicle for loading and unloading equipment. </li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete required documentation. </li><li>Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. </li><li>Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to the appropriate parties. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including performing basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluids and tire pressure. </li><li>Communicate effectively. </li><li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) required. </li><li>Clean driving record. </li><li>Must complete a preemployment background check and drug and alcohol screening. </li><li>Good communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and tolerate. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours. </li><li>Ability to lift fifty pounds. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years driving experience. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul>
