You'll guide nursing operations, mentor clinical staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards-all within a supportive environment designed to foster recovery and restore independence for those overcoming serious injury or illness.</p> <p>We value your leadership, your voice, and your role in transforming lives through rehabilitation.</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is a 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility jointly operated by Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. We specialize in helping patients recover from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, orthopedic trauma, and other complex medical conditions. Our interdisciplinary care model, evidence-based practices, and personalized approach are designed to maximize function and quality of life for every patient.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department. This includes:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leading, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Clinical Supervisors, and Unit Secretaries</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting in developing and implementing departmental goals in alignment with hospital objectives and budget</p> </li><li> <p>Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and patient-centered care</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Acting as a role model and reinforcing the hospital's mission, vision, and values in all interactions</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred; ADN or diploma acceptable)</p> </li><li> <p>Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania</p> </li><li> <p>Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years' nursing leadership experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years' rehabilitation or acute care nursing experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead a team in a dynamic healthcare environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve in a leadership role within a specialized rehab hospital</p> </li><li> <p>Work with a collaborative team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Access opportunities for growth, education, and clinical advancement</p> </li><li> <p>Be part of a mission-driven organization that values your contributions</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>St. Mary Rehabilitation Hospital is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
