<p>Position Purpose</p> <p>The Senior Member Advisor will act as point of contact for our members. In this role you will efficiently address loan/share inquiries received. The Senior Member Advisor will demonstrate the REV brand by building strong member relationships and providing competent, courteous, and concerned service to all members.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Interviews and assists members with applications for memberships, shares, loans, and junior real estate. </li><li>Calculates terms, finance charges, insurance rates, etc. on loans for proper disclosure on promissory notes. </li><li>Gathers all required information to gain loan approval within limits of loan authority. </li><li>Disburses loans promptly and accurately. </li><li>Closes loan applications in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures. </li><li>Prepares miscellaneous documents and reports and maintains related records. </li><li>Ensures that services are provided in accordance with established Credit Union policies and are legally compliant. Ensures interviews and service requests are properly documented. </li><li>Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma </li><li>1-3 years of relevant experience </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performance-driven sales and service delivery </li><li>Process improvement skills </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively and courteously. </li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented </li><li>Ability to use diplomacy </li><li>Excellent telephone etiquette </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li></ul>
