<p>DEPARTMENT: Extrusion Die Shop</p> <p>JOB TITLE: Die Chaser (BWD)</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain</p> <p>SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: Week 1: Thursday through Saturday</p> <p>Week 2: Wednesday through Saturday</p> <p>6 a.m. - 6 p.m.</p> <p>Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Extrusion Die Shop team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all daily AM / PM's associated with the job. </li><li>Retrieve and break down die tooling from each press </li><li>Process die/die tooling through caustic, shot blast, and nitride when needed </li><li>Pump used caustic to caustic tank storage </li><li>Replace die tooling in proper bin location </li><li>Unload and receive log inventory </li><li>Load log tables (infeed to extrusion presses) </li><li>Maintain die bin and billet yard 5S's and organization </li><li>Take out scrap bundles and full scrap bins to the scrap billet yard. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining all measuring equipment/tools which are associated with the job </li><li>Perform quality checks on Dies, Die tooling, Die rings, etc. </li><li>Basic data entry </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Die Chaser Certification (Bonnell) </li><li>Forklift certification (Bonnell) </li><li>Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers) </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Maintain excellent attendance </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Pass company background and drug screening </li></ul> <p>What You'll Love About Us:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Life Insurance </li><li>Matched 401k </li><li>Paid Vacation </li></ul>
