<p>Job Title: Test Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking dedicated Test Technicians in the Lancaster area to join our team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for testing electronic boards and assemblies to ensure they meet client specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work across various shifts and is suitable for individuals with different experience levels.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Test electronic boards and assemblies for functionality. </li><li>Ensure that products meet client specifications. </li><li>Work independently, particularly on off shifts. </li><li>Receive training during the 1st shift. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent Military Electronics Experience. </li><li>Strong experience in electronics. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in military programs is advantageous. </li><li>Willingness to undergo cross-training on multiple systems. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment includes a clean facility with opportunities for cross-training. This position offers shifts during the 2nd and 3rd shifts, operating on a 9/80 schedule. 2nd Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM, and Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM with every other Friday off. The 3rd Shift is from Sunday through Wednesday, 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM, with every other Thursday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
