<p>BYU-Pathway Worldwide serves more than 89,000 students annually from more than 180 countries. Certificates and degrees are offered in partnership with BYU-Idaho and Ensign College. The Senior Manager, Global Jobs partners closely with the Advancement Director and ensures consistent alignment, effective governance, and measurable placement outcomes across all program components.</p> <p>The Senior Manager, Global Jobs role is responsible for leading and managing a coordinated, multi-year initiative to expand global employment opportunities with multinational corporations for BYU-Pathway Worldwide learners and graduates. This position coordinates strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, internal corporate champions, and corporate engagement efforts across multiple regions. The Sr. Manager ensures consistent alignment, effective governance, and measurable placement outcomes across all program components.</p> <p>Important Dates</p> <ul> <li>HireVue: June 8-12, 2026 </li><li>In-Person Interviews: June 24-25, 2026 </li><li>Final Interviews: July 9-10, 2026 </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Hybrid schedule </li><li>Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. </li><li>Occasional evenings and weekends for global coordination </li></ul> <p>Program Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the planning and organization of regular meetings for the Multinational Jobs Steering Committee, including agenda development, documentation, and follow-up.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with related Employment Partners to collect, analyze, and synthesize regional job-market intelligence.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the identification, recruitment, and ongoing engagement of Target Company BYU-Pathway Champions.</p> </li><li> <p>Track, evaluate, and report placement results by geography, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Coordination</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain strong working relationships with CES institutions, church employment partners, and BYU-Pathway Champions to support program objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for multinational jobs initiatives, providing guidance, structure, and operational oversight. All while working collaboratively with members of the BYU-Pathway career development team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Oversight Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Multinational Jobs Steering Committee (15%) </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Provide leadership and administrative coordination for a steering committee representing BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU Marriott School of Business, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii, Ensign College, Employment Partners, and Global Education Center Career Development.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the committee fulfills its purpose of sharing best practices, strengthening networks, and aligning global placement strategies.Manage the meeting cadence: e.g. quarterly during Year 1 and adjusting cadence thereafter.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Employment Partner Relationships (25%) </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Form strong working relationships with employment partner leadership and resources in Africa, the Philippines, the Pacific, and Latin America (BYUMS, GEC, WSRS, et al), with the ability to expand to additional regions as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage partners' relevant regional and local experience and familiarity to expand and mutually support multinational hiring, for both in-person and global jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate regularly with leaders in gathering regional insights, identifying hiring opportunities, and supporting placement pathways.</p> </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Target Company Pathway Champions (60%) </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the development and expansion of a network of volunteer BYU-Pathway Champions within multinational companies.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage growth targets: 30 companies in Year 1, 40 in Year 2, and 50 in Year 3.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure each Champion meets established criteria, including professional experience, leadership trajectory, and alignment with program mission and values.</p> </li><li> <p>Support and engage with Champions in advocating for BYU-Pathway students and graduates and facilitating internal hiring channels and opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, organizational leadership, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in program management, partnership development, or workforce initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and organizational structures. Ability to travel internationally (30%).</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with accountability and professionalism.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working with multinational corporations or global employment networks.</p> </li><li> <p>Work experience in CES institutions or BYU-Pathway Worldwide.</p> </li><li> <p>MBA degree with 5-7 years of work experience in career services, workforce development, or international business environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading volunteer-driven programs or advisory groups.</p> </li><li> <p>Language proficiency in English and one or more languages, with preference for one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Tagalog, or Cebuano.</p> </li></ul>
