<p>Analyst - Real Estate Strategy & Analytics</p> <p>Department: Corporate/Administrative</p> <p>Employment Type: Full Time</p> <p>Location: Denver, CO</p> <p>Reporting To: Adam Avery</p> <p>Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year</p> <p>Description</p> <p>As a Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Analyst, you will own and manage projects related to the Trilon real estate portfolio, including analyzing data to support the alignment of completing special projects as assigned to support quality decision making.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate portfolio </li><li>Assist in the due diligence process for new leases, lease renewals and acquired leases </li><li>Maintain and update real estate databases and tracking systems </li><li>Support a series of recurring financial reports to include monthly and quarterly performance of the real estate portfolio and recent transactions </li><li>Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. </li><li>Translate data insights into actionable recommendations by effectively communicating findings to business leaders </li><li>Partner with real estate leads and other business units to help build holistic business cases for lease renewals, expansions and relocations </li><li>Assist with the preparations of presentation materials </li><li>Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Team as needed </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or equivalent experience in real estate, business, finance, or related field </li><li>1-3 years of relevant real estate experience </li><li>Knowledge of real estate finance and operations </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills (e.g. writing reports, developing presentations) </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Able to analyze large amounts of data summarizing key takeaways and insights </li><li>Disciplined project management skills and ability to document business processes </li><li>Strong organizational skills and focus on driving towards rigid deadlines </li><li>Highly accurate with close attention to detail </li><li>Experience juggling day to day business needs while driving long-term projects </li><li>Strong business partnership with the ability to work with people and teams across multiple business units </li></ul> <p>About Trilon</p> <p>Trilon was formed with the vision of building the next Top 20 infrastructure consulting firm in North America by bringing together some of the nation's best infrastructure consulting firms, focused on delivering practical and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
