<p>Our Maintenance Workers are responsible for performing maintenance on building and warehouse equipment.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>CMMS experience, must be comfortable using computer/tablet and email </li><li>Capable of performing Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Troubleshooting and Documentation </li><li>Must be comfortable working at heights, scissor lift and ladders </li><li>Work weekends and overtime as needed </li><li>Be on call after work hours as needed </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary </li><li>Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate </li><li>All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Education</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training </li><li>Certified Material Handling Mechanic helpful </li><li>On the job experience with electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment </li><li>Experience with industrial forklift batteries and chargers </li><li>Experience performing various building repairs as needed, examples are but not limited too, doors and door hardware, floor drains, plumbing and drain cleaning, painting, etc. </li><li>Experience trouble shooting various MHE equipment, Fork Trucks, Pallet Jacks and Building Systems </li><li>Comfortable working with electricity and understanding limitations 120/240/480 </li><li>Familiar with welding and welding equipment </li><li>Experience with HVAC systems, filter changes and basic troubleshooting (RTU's, Air Handlers and Liebert Units </li><li>Demonstrate experience working on Loading Dock equipment, Garage doors, Dock Levelers, and Dock Locks </li><li>Industrial Refrigeration experience, a plus </li><li>Large Commercial Fire Suppression System experience, a plus </li></ul> <p>Why you should work with us:</p> <ul> <li>Get paid weekly </li><li>Benefits-after 60 days of employment </li><li>Career growth, Over 500 Sites nationally </li><li>Join our travel team, see the country, learn how all our sites operate </li><li>Paid Training, Safety Incentives </li></ul> <p>About the Company:</p> <p>Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with more than 650 operating locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers.
