<p>Your role</p> <p>Our Insured Solutions Sales Desk is expanding to better support financial advisors as they integrate insurance and annuity solutions into their practices. As a Concierge Specialist, you'll deliver a high-touch, frictionless service experience alongside senior sales specialists--and play a key role in how we serve the next generation of financial professionals.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who can:</p> <ul> <li>partner closely with sales specialists to support the end-to-end sales process </li><li>create a streamlined, advisor-friendly experience that promotes confidence and efficiency </li><li>proactively identify and resolve service issues that may delay or complicate the sales process </li><li>collaborate with internal teams including Central Supervision, Operations, Licensing and IT to ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of solutions </li><li>build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, annuity company wholesalers, insurance general agents and support personnel </li><li>support the integration of technology platforms and tools to boost operational efficiency </li><li>create, maintain and deliver training and education materials to financial advisors and support staff </li><li>partner with the management team and relevant stakeholders to find new and innovative ways to increase scale and efficiency to grow the business </li></ul> <p>Join us</p> <p>At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success.
