Cognizant is right where you belong.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Medidata CTMS and eTMF systems to support the migration from Veeva Vault to Medidata. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, data mapping, and validation to ensure a smooth and compliant transition.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define migration requirements. </li><li>Analyze existing Veeva CTMS/eTMF configurations and workflows to map to Medidata equivalents. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and data mapping templates. </li><li>Support data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution. </li><li>Coordinate with IT, QA, and vendor teams to ensure system configurations align with business and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. </li><li>Provide post-migration support and training to end-users. </li><li>Ensure compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards throughout the migration lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>At Cognizant, we're eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can make an impact in various ways.
