<p>Now Hiring: Full-Time Behavioral Health CNA</p> <p>Location: Maryland Heights Center for Behavioral Health</p> <p>Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (PRN) or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (FT, PRN)</p> <p>Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to geriatric psychiatric care. We're looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care</p> <p>Provide direct patient interaction and engagement</p> <p>Assist with individual and group activities</p> <p>Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment</p> <p>Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health</p> <p>Conduct therapeutic groups for geriatric patients</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Active CNA certification (required) </li><li>BLS certification (required) </li><li>1+ year experience in geriatric behavioral health (preferred) </li><li>Basic computer skills (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>Be part of a team dedicated to improving behavioral health one patient at a time.
