<p>Guest Experience & Concierge Services</p> <ul> <li>Provide personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, transportation, shopping, and seasonal experiences </li><li>Arrange reservations, transportation, special requests, and custom guest experiences </li><li>Proactively identify guest needs and opportunities to elevate the stay </li><li>Support VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests with enhanced service </li><li>Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable presence for guests before, during, and after arrival </li></ul> <p>Front Desk & Operational Support</p> <ul> <li>Support Front Desk operations during peak times </li><li>Act as a knowledge extension of the Front Desk team </li><li>Assist with guest issue resolution and service recovery as appropriate </li><li>Maintain alignment with Front Desk SOPs and luxury service standards </li></ul> <p>Knowledge Base & Information Management</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and curate guest-facing information spaces </li><li>Ensure all information is accurate, current, brand-aligned, and seasonally relevant </li><li>Coordinate updates related to hotel amenities, hours, events, and local partnerships </li></ul> <p>Hotel-Hosted Events & Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Support hotel-hosted events, retreats, and experiences </li><li>Serve as a guest liaison during events </li><li>Share guest feedback and insights with leadership </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Initiative</p> <ul> <li>Operate as a self-directed role with strong ownership and accountability </li><li>Communicate proactively with leadership regarding guest trends and opportunities </li><li>Work collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent guest messaging </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Hospitality or guest services experience preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of (or ability to learn) Rehoboth Beach and surrounding area </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Comfortable using hotel systems and digital platforms </li><li>Professional, warm, and proactive service style </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
