<p>Job Title</p> <p>Sales Executive, Disease Management Solutions - Invivo (Denver, CO)</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Philips Disease Management Solutions team (Invivo) has over a 20 year history as the pioneer of progressive MRI coils, advanced clinical visualization systems, and MRI compatible interventional devices. Our vision is to positively impact the lives of patients by offering revolutionary technology in the Oncology & Advanced Imaging sectors. Our history is grounded in the expert development of MRI patient monitoring equipment, MRI coils and more recently in the development of integrated clinical solutions like Lung Cancer Screening, Functional MRI, DynaCAD suite and UroNav prostate fusion imaging.</p> <p>Your role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the assigned territory to achieve all business goals including demo equipment and customer consignment inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for performing and optimizing direct selling effort within an assigned territory.</p> </li></ul> <p>Monitor annual sales plan and expense budget and prepare of all required forecasting and other administrative assignments</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain a sales presence in the field through frequent customer contacts</p> </li><li> <p>Travel in the field averaging two/three overnights per week</p> </li></ul> <p>You're the right fit if:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent </li><li>You have acquired 5+ years of related sales experience in MRI, medical capital equipment or healthcare related field preferred </li><li>Your skills include a strong understanding of business objectives along with knowledge of sales processes and procedures with proven sales success </li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. </li></ul> <p>How we work together</p> <p>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $217,500 to $293,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.</p> <p>Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.</p> <p>Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the territory. Territory includes Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa.
