This role involves flexibility to work in both kitchen and cash register areas, ensuring smooth and efficient store operation.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for cash handling and fuel transactions while in compliance with state and local laws related to lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with floor moves, product stocking, merchandising, display maintenance, and overall store housekeeping</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed about product details, promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements, using suggestive selling techniques to drive sales</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe environment while following all health and sanitation procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicate food needs to the kitchen and Store Manager to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 18 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize and organize workload.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous retail, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.</p> </li></ul> <p>We proudly operate based on a set of Seven Core Principles that guide our decisions and actions every day.
