<p>Job Title: Electrical Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be a part a team of electrical engineers and lead technicians, lead continuous improvement efforts, and participate in cross-functional activities to support business objectives. This position offers significant growth opportunities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist maintenance in troubleshooting all aspects of the wipes manufacturing process. </li><li>Lead continuous improvement efforts for electrical controls and process monitoring. </li><li>Oversee new equipment installation and start-up. </li><li>Implement automation to improve quality. </li><li>Modify machines to improve performance. </li><li>Administer arc flash training and track compliance records for qualified associates annually. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent education. </li><li>3-5 years of experience programming in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Experience with computer/PLC/HMI programming and relevant drive and control systems. </li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD or comparable electrical design software. </li><li>Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC 500 and 5000. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Batch or liquids blending experience preferred. </li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Develop and provide expertise in electrical design of components, equipment, and processes. </li><li>Drive plant continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and asset management. </li><li>Assist in the development and commercialization of new/existing processes and technical systems. </li><li>Coordinate electrical fabrication, operation, installation, and/or repair of equipment and processes. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role requires working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with occasional schedule flexibility. The work involves hands-on interaction with electrical equipment, troubleshooting, and implementing automation solutions. The successful candidate will lead a team of Electrical Controls Technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate policies.
