Military Spouse Preference (MSP), Retained Grade Preference (RGP), and Military Reserve and National Guard Technician eligibles may also apply.</p> <p>Duties</p> <p>Help</p> <p>As a Supervisory Program Director at the GS-0301-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as the Enterprise Human Resource Information System (EHRIS) Program Director and advises the DMDC Deputy Director and DMDC Director on strategic plans and operations of assigned programs and services. </li><li>Drives emerging customer initiatives toward successful IT outcomes based on investment objectives and leadership expectations for cost, schedule, and performance. </li><li>Serves as the lead for the EHRIS program with responsibility for alignment with DoD, DHRA, and DMDC mission, functions, operations, and organizational culture along with understanding of the DoD Components and their respective relationships with Enterprise Human Resources Information Systems programs (includes but is not limited to the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS). </li><li>Provides oversight and manages operational priorities established during strategic planning sessions, program reviews, and other senior leadership forums; subsequently executes programming and budget decisions made during the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle; evaluates requirements that are unfunded, and prioritizes needed funding within the scope of the portfolio; executes other senior DMDC leadership decisions as required. </li><li>Responsible for EHRIS stakeholder management, risk management, requirements analysis, cost benefit analysis, and acquisition strategy. </li><li>Serves in a supervisory role responsible for assigning work, coaching incumbents on problem solving methods and techniques; training and applying team building techniques and consensus building; evaluating work performance of subordinates, and other supervisory responsibilities to meet team objectives. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Help</p> <p>Conditions of employment</p> <ul> <li>Must be a U.S. citizen </li><li>Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service </li><li>Resume and supporting documents (See </li></ul>
