<p>Fulfillment Technician/Pharmacy Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Fulfillment Technician position exists to assist the pharmacists in the activities associated with fulfillment of prescription orders. The technician will assist the pharmacists in day to day activities of picking labeling packing and shipping orders. This position will collaborate with the team leads and department managers to meet the delivery expectations of patients.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment by accurately picking, labeling, packing, and shipping medication orders. </li><li>Collaborate with the inventory planner to monitor, manage, and reconcile medication and commodity inventory levels. </li><li>Restock commodities and supplies used during pick, pack, and ship activities to ensure uninterrupted operations. </li><li>Consistently meet or exceed performance standards aligned with predefined metrics and KPIs. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process and system improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in fulfillment operations, and communicate recommendations to supervisors, team leads, and managers. </li><li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of the fulfillment technician role and serve as a resource for other pharmacy technicians and fulfillment team leads. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by pharmacy leadership to support evolving business needs. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Certified Pharmacy Technician </li><li>Licensed Pharmacy Technician </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Waukegan, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $27.27 - $27.27/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
