<p>Background:</p> <p>Golden State Dermatology (GSD) is a leading and comprehensive dermatology group with 40+ locations and 100 providers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles and Central Valley regions of California. Services include dermatology, cosmetics, Mohs surgery for skin cancer, pathology and plastic surgery. GSD's corporate headquarters is located in Walnut Creek, CA.</p> <p>The Provider Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for GSD's physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical providers. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics and maintaining recruitment systems to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for clinical providers, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and onboarding support. </li><li>Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and credentialing teams to ensure timely communication and progress of recruitment pipelines. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. </li><li>Organize and participate in career fairs, virtual job expos, outreach events, and resident dinners. </li><li>Support licensure and credentialing processes as needed, collaborating with our vendors and internal teams. </li><li>Perform general administrative duties including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation. </li><li>Locate and source candidates using a variety of tools with particular emphasis on recruitment websites, email campaigns, training programs, and social media platforms. </li><li>Responsible for general inquiries to the department, obtaining CVs and applications daily. </li><li>Post and update job advertisements, manage vendor relationships and research/develop new avenues for advertisement and recruitment opportunities. </li><li>This is a hybrid-role with 80% of work remote with some travel and office days in Walnut Creek. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, information technology, or related field. Strong client/customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated and proven experience working independently with minimal supervision and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
