He/she would be the lead in executing on brand strategy, and website management. Experience in graphic design and photography is essential. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and build templates for marketing, sales, and internal communications to ensure brand consistency and efficient production. </li><li>Design marketing collateral, presentations, advertising, print literature, signage, newsletters, social media posts, logos, and other additional projects as needed. </li><li>Capture high-quality product and employee photography for use across digital and print materials </li><li>Edit photography to meet brand standards and creative requirements </li><li>Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring files are current, well-labeled, and easily accessible </li><li>Design, manage, and prepare print materials, including brochures, signage, and sales collateral </li><li>Create trade show visuals, including booth graphics, banners, and supporting materials </li><li>Develop ad creative for digital campaigns </li><li>Produce and edit short-form video content for social media, sales, and marketing use </li><li>Create and manage social media content, including asset creation, scheduling, and visual consistency </li><li>Maintain website, including visual updates, content refreshes, SEO, and image optimization </li><li>Maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints </li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate needs into compelling visual assets </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements for Effective Performance:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation with a strong portfolio of work </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud </li><li>Experience with WordPress </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) </li><li>Photography and videography experience; understanding of lighting, framing, and composition </li><li>Photo editing experience and knowledge of file formats, resolutions, and specs for print vs. digital </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities/Specifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong creative thinking skills </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking </li><li>Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and composition </li><li>Concept development for new designs, campaigns, and trade show visuals </li><li>Creative storytelling through imagery and short-form video </li><li>Strong communication and organization skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously </li></ul> <p>Behavioral & Environmental Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a positive work attitude.
